How it works
Our educators have taught thousands of students the science of decomposition, soil health and food systems. School programs include bin setup, worm classroom kits, seasonal garden lessons and a full STEM curriculum that meets Next Generation Science Standards.
For adults, we run weekend workshops on backyard composting, vermiculture, lasagna gardening and soil health — held at our facility, at partner farms, or right in your community room. Every workshop includes take-home materials and a starter kit.
